Human Resources Strategy for Researchers
Why the HRS4R Award ?
From the European Commission site:
The ‘HR Strategy for Researchers’ supports research institutions and funding organizations in the implementation of the Charter & Code in their policies and practices. The implementation of the Charter & Code principles by research institutions render them more attractive to researchers looking for a new employer or for a host for their research project. The European Commission recognizes with the 'HR Excellence in Research Award' the institutions which make progress in aligning their human resources policies to the 40 principles of the Charter & Code, based on a customized action plan/HR strategy.
The FSMP decide to apply for the HRS4R: confirmation of endorsement letter has been received the 19th of October 2018.

For each principle please evaluate to what extent in your opinion the FSMP implements this principle (fully, almost but not fully, partially, insufficiently) and, if you wish, indicate examples of initiative undertaken and/or suggestion for the improvement. Please note that, for the sake of simplicity we summeraize each principle, you can find the complete version here. Moreover, a global evaluation is asked about the application of the Code of Conduct for the recruitement of researchers. You can find the complete texte here.
