A "Contact" link at the bottom right of the page will also allow you to write to us if you have not found the answer to your question.

My application

Can I modify my application?

Yes, once you have validated your registration, you will receive a login and password by email. You will be able to modify your application until the end of the call for tenders.
If you are careful, the password is also given to you at the end of the form once you have validated your application.

What is a CV ?

The resume is a document that presents the main stages of your professional and personal life. It is composed of different parts: "Personal information (contact)", "Skills", "Professional experience", "Education" and "Interests".

What is a cover letter ?

A cover letter is a document, maximum one page long, sent to the FSMP to express your wish to obtain the PGSM scholarship (while highlighting your qualities, your plans for the future, etc.).

I have not yet received my M1 or M2 report cards, can I apply? I am in my 3rd year of a degree, can I apply? ?

If you are in the 3rd year of a Bachelor's degree, you can attach all the Bachelor's degree reports you have to your application.

If you are a M1 student, attach the M1 report cards you already have as well as those from your bachelor's degree.

If you already have an M2 degree, attach all your M1 and M2 reports.

What is GPA?

GPA is for Grade Point Average. It's the average of your grades for the year.
For example, if you have an average of 16/20 for the year, your GPA is 16 and the maximum grade is 20.

I did not receive a confirmation email

There are several possible answers:

- Check your "junk mail".
- Your registration may not have been taken into account.
- You made a typo in your email.

If you are unable to determine the source of the problem, please contact us.

The validation of my application did not work, I fell back to the beginning of the form / on a blank page.

You must start filling in your form again.
Please note that some applicants may experience problems with the mozilla firefox pause web browser. In this case, we suggest you use another web browser (Chrome, Safari, IE)

Supporting documents (CV, cover letter, etc.) have not been uploaded.

Please ensure that your documents are all in .pdf format

The system may have rejected your documents because they were too large.

I have uploaded a bad file, I want to replace it.

You can delete the document by returning to your application using the login and password you received by email.

Recommendation letter

Is it possible to submit more than one letter of recommendation??

Once you have validated your application, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you will find a link that you can forward to other teachers so that they can upload their own recommendation letter.

My recommender has not received the email to download a letter of recommendation. What should I do ?

When you complete your application, emails are automatically sent to your teachers. If one of your teachers has not received this email, you just have to give him/her the link in the confirmation email you received when you registered. This will allow them to upload their document directly into your file.
The FSMP is not able to contact your teachers.

Is it possible to send letters of recommendation after the application deadline?

Yes, as indicated on the tender page, recommenders have 2 days more than candidates to upload letters of recommendation.

How to check that my teachers have submitted their letters of recommendation ?

Your entire file can be consulted online with the login and password you received when you registered. However, you do not have the possibility to read or delete the letters of recommendation.

When will the results be available? ?
